End-to-end transportation engineering services for roadway corridors, interchanges, and multimodal infrastructure. HBC’s transportation engineering practice provides roadway and corridor design for resurfacing, reconstruction, widening, interchange improvements, and complete streets projects. We provide traffic control and detour plan design, interchange and access management engineering, highway lighting design, geographic information systems (GIS) support, and program management services. HBC also participates in design-build delivery as a design subconsultant, bringing technical depth and responsive team integration to fast-track project programs.
