Our engineers conduct traffic impact studies, parking and queuing analyses, capacity evaluations, and safety assessments that support sound decision-making for infrastructure investment and land development approvals.

We specialize in signal design and timing optimization, pedestrian and bicycle facility design, signing and pavement marking design, traffic forecasting, demand modeling, and microsimulation and macrosimulation. HBC’s safety analysts conduct high-crash corridor analysis, signal warrant studies, and mobility evaluations that form the technical basis for targeted safety improvements.
